I have worked in the counseling field for 25+ years in private practice, agency and school environments supporting individuals, families and couples cope with life challenges that have become difficult and/or overwhelming. Together we set realistic goals and develop skills to assist with uncovering strengths, resilience, and talents to allow movement towards positive change. I work with diverse populations and issues, including, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, substance abuse, and self-esteem.
