Maybe a major event stoked your search for therapy. Maybe the build up of daily life stressors caused you to reach out. Maybe you've experienced changes in your support system. Regardless of where you’re at on this spectrum, stress and trauma may be hurting your relationship with yourself and the world around you. It is your internal wisdom bringing you to therapy. You deserve the space to listen to that internal voice and your body. I have an open approach to therapy, often asking questions like "what is important for you in this moment?", "where are you feeling in your body today?", and "how can we care for you today?". I like to let clients lead the session. It is my joy to walk alongside clients as we gently adapt to new and ever-changing ways to care for self through internal resources and external community support. I hope to collaborate with you to increase awareness to validate your emotions, experiences, and future decisions—ultimately leading to rediscovering your authentic self.
