At A Better Choice Behavioral Healthcare Services, we have a dedicated and experienced staff ready to assist you on your journey to recovery. Our founder, owner, CEO, Project director, and counselor, Mary Allnutt, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. She graduated from the University of Arizona Global Campus in 2016, earning her bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in human resourcing. Mary began her career as a clinical technician at White Deer Run Detox Facility and later served as the Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders (SUD) Case Manager for Bell Family Homeless Shelter. She also worked at ADDAPT counseling individuals re-entering society from the Department of Justice's Drug and Alcohol program. Mary's personal experiences in the field of SUD led her and her friend Maureen Lake to establish A Better Choice Behavioral Healthcare Services, driven by their belief in a more effective approach. Mary is passionate about fighting the stigma surrounding SUD and providing clients with compassionate and non-judgmental support throughout their recovery journey. When you choose A Better Choice, you can rest assured that you will be in caring and capable hands.
