Introduction

My personal approach is dynamic and responsive to each individual clients’ needs and goals for treatment. I believe that effective psychotherapy is best approached from a collaborative perspective in which the client and provider work together to identify goals for treatment. My clinical background and training includes extensive training in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I am a Child Mental Health Specialist, Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional, and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and I hold a certification in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
