Hello! My name is Martika, a licensed mental health therapist with years of experience helping individuals overcome various mental health challenges. I am EMDR Trained and a Triple P Level 3 Provider. My expertise includes anxiety treatment and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy treatment. I specialize in helping individuals with anxiety disorders, such as generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, and panic disorder, to manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. Additionally, I have experience using ABA therapy to help individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorders develop social, communication, and behavioral skills. My services aim to provide a meaningful impact to clients by offering a safe, non-judgmental space for them to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and work towards achieving their goals.
