Introduction

My name is Martie Tamashiro and I am a clinical mental health counselor, a wife, a mom, a friend, a daughter, a sister, a runner, and a perfectly imperfect human being. I love people. All people. I see the good in everyone and there is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing individuals find that value in themselves. I like to focus on what’s right. Human beings are incredibly resilient. It is in recognizing that power and strength within ourselves that we no longer buy into the story that “we are not good enough.” I am here to help build you up and shed what no longer serves you. Together we can discover a new way of life that allows you to live as you were intended, in all your greatness. I look forward to meeting you.
