Introduction

I am a Colombian immigrant, and a retired Army Social Worker. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology from New York University, and my Master of Social Work degree through the Army-Fayetteville State University MSW Program. Each person is at a different point in their journey, and my job is to help them along the process. I will adjust treatment modalities and direction based on the feedback I receive. This is a collaborative process, and treatment plans are constantly evaluated and adjusted to meet the needs of each person. Therapy is a shared process. You decide where you want to go, and my job is simply to assist you in getting there. Transparency, genuineness, open-mindedness and empathy are the foundations in which I establish my practice.
