I am here to offer a roadmap to recovery whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, mood disorders, anger management and/or education and learning disabilities or perhaps just adjusting to new circumstances. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate working under the supervision of Monica McClain MA, LPC-S. I utilize an Eclectic approach which includes CBT and Solution Focus Therapy approach to build a positive therapeutic relationship. I equip my clients with a variety of coping skills including mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help with triggers.
