Introduction

Would you like to be living to your full potential but you feel stuck? Are you coping with a crisis or difficult situation? Whether it's to learn coping skills, improve relationships, change your work experience, or adjust to a new reality, I will walk with you in understanding yourself better, achieving your goals, reducing negative patterns, and achieving emotional well being. *** All adults and adolescents are welcome. I have a lot of experience working with attorneys, people in high stress environments, frustrated artists, non-mainstream sexualities, new parents, relationship dynamics, and body oriented concerns. I have been a psychotherapist for over 20 years. I love working with people to make overall positive life change as well as being a resource and support when there is a crisis. My approach is a blend of mindfulness, solutions-based, and mental health. I am dedicated to encouraging the unique ability each person has within themselves to find peace and happiness. You do not have to do it alone. My approach is eclectic, holistic and will be tailored to your individual needs. Feel free to call me to discuss questions or concerns in a free phone consultation.
