As a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor since 2005, I offer help and hope to individual clients, couples and families impacted by substance use and co-occurring disorders. I provide individual and group sessions that are individually designed to create a safe, helpful and compassionate environment that encourages the exploration of issues relate to addiction recovery and development of effective strategies and skills to improve health and wellness. After working with people with substance use disorders over many years, I have learned that the power and promise of addiction recovery is available to anyone willing to embark on the journey. I firmly believe in each person’s ability to change and improve their life, especially when it comes to problematic substance use, and that there are many pathways of recovery and all are worthy of celebration!
