Introduction

Overwhelmed by fear, anxiety, or the painful memories of what you've experienced? It's important to know that you are not alone, and there is hope for healing and reclaiming a sense of safety and peace. I'm here to support you as you navigate this challenging recovery. To provide the most effective care, I have completed specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for insomnia, and evidence-based techniques for substance abuse, addiction, and chronic pain through the VA Hospital system. I am committed to staying current with the most effective treatments and continue refining my expertise through my collaboration with the Feeling Good Institute. This ensures you have a broad range of tools to help you manage your symptoms and rebuild a sense of control. I am passionate about teaching practical strategies you can use every day to manage distress and begin the healing process. Together, we will practice these skills both in and outside our sessions until you feel confident using them on your own. Imagine waking up feeling grounded, with a renewed sense of purpose, where fear and sadness no longer define your life.
