Introduction

I specialize working with adults providing individual and family therapy in areas of: anxiety, depression, self-injurious behaviors, grief, work/life balance, school/college transition, Women issues, cultural and systemic oppression, Family caregiving stressors, Family conflict, divorce/separation, co-parenting, abuse/neglect and trauma(TF-CBT trained). In practice I utilize evidence-based intervention based on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and family system approach. Therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues, explore your past that may be impacting your present, release unhealthy relationship patterns, self-doubt, anger, grief, and other stressors and help you develop tools to effectively cope with challenges. Life can be challenging and at times overwhelming, allow me to assist you on your journey of being empowered and discovery of your most authentic self.
