Introduction

Hello, and welcome. My name is Marsha Desrosiers, and I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner and the founder of Blackstone NP in Psychiatry PLLC. I started this practice with a mission to provide compassionate, personalized mental health care that truly meets people where they are. My journey into this field began with a deep desire to support individuals as they navigate life’s challenges with strength, clarity, and confidence. I specialize in working with clients across the lifespan—from children to older adults—who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. My approach is holistic and client-centered, rooted in building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you're just beginning your mental health journey or are seeking ongoing care, I’m here to help you find a path forward. My goal is not only to ease symptoms, but to help you create meaningful, lasting change in your daily life. If you're ready to take that first step, I would be honored to work with you.
