Introduction

I'm a therapist who won't leave you in silence for the entire session. Specializing in working with people who have complex trauma, I work to create a safer space for people to unpack their history and emotions. It can feel difficult to heal our inner wounds while trying our best to navigate the world that we live in. Therapy can allow us time to tend to our attachment wounds and nurture our inner world - which can help us create change in ourselves, our relationships, and beyond. My approach is radically authentic - clients often tell me that therapy with me feels caring, non-judgemental, and real. I use a blend of parts work, emotion-focused therapy, and EMDR to guide clients through our sessions. I specialize in working with niche communities including nonmonogamous people, queer people, trans people, and sex workers.
