Introduction

I have been a professional social worker for over 10 years and have worked extensively in the field of co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. I have experience working with both groups and individuals and am trained to address issues including PTSD, trauma, mood disorders, and perinatal mental health issues. Whatever issue you are struggling with I am confident that together, we can find a solution to help you achieve your goals. I offer an empathic, strengths-based approach to therapy. I believe in meeting you where you are at and helping you achieve your stated goals. I often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques and tailor my approach to each individual client. Reaching out for help can be scary. I am happy to answer any questions you have and would be happy to schedule a short introductory phone call before our first session. This is the first step towards a happier, healthier you!
