Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience in social work practice and counseling, currently providing telehealth counseling to clients residing in the state of Pennsylvania. I work with individuals who are navigating difficult seasons of life, seeking support in processing painful events and challenges and in finding the best next steps to take. I assist clients with adjustment to stressors and life transitions, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, mood disorders, postpartum depression, grief and loss, self-criticism, shame and self-doubt. My greatest passion in this work is helping clients to identify their strengths, recognize their own worth and develop a stronger and more compassionate sense of self. In doing this, it becomes easier for clients to process pain, learn new skills and pursue their goals. I enjoy assisting clients in developing insight, coping skills and greater self-acceptance, while helping them to navigate relationships, challenging life circumstances, and improve their overall mental health and wellness. It is an honor for me to be fully present with someone in their pain and uncertainty, and join with them in finding a way forward. Whatever you are going through, you are not alone, and I will be glad to listen, support you and collaborate with you to facilitate healing and growth in your life. I look forward to working with you.
