Introduction

I am passionate about helping women cope with everyday stress caused by a variety of sources. I believe in helping women achieve a positive relationship with themselves so they feel whole, heard, and happy in life. Some areas of focus include divorce/loss of relationship, work life balance, professional development, depression and anxiety, as well as other mood disorders, sensory processing disorders (including highly sensitive individuals), life transitions, including pregnancy and parenthood, as well as grief and loss. I am passionate about helping women and girls create healthy relationships with themselves. I believe that building a healthy relationship with oneself is the first step in creating positive habits.
