Introduction

It's difficult to reach out for help when we feel like we are at our lowest. I believe that it's important for you to realize that it's okay to feel the way you do. Although it might not feel like it, you are doing the best that you can.Everyone deserves to feel loved, worthy, and validated in their experiences. Whether you are an individual, couple, or family we must ensure that you feel these ways. I have experience and education working with LGBTQ+ people, neurodivergent people, the juvenile justice system, and people in crisis. The main populations that I work with are adolescents and adults. I use a strengths-based and experiential approach to therapy, but cater to your needs as a client. As your therapist, We can work on creating a better relationship with yourself and therefore, others. I would like for you to feel encouraged to grow and flourish so that we can improve your quality of life.
