Introduction

I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice with A Time to Heal. With more than 13 years of professional experience, I work with individuals and couples with a variety of concerns; marital conflict, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, career changes, and other various stage of life concerns. I graduated from Princeton University with a major in Psychology, obtained a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2009 and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. My extensive background in the Gottman Institute Couples Therapy includes Level 1, 2, and the Advanced Practicum Level 3 training. I work with couples to help them gain the skills and develop the ability to successfully navigate conflict. I provide premarital/marital counseling, and marriage intensives. Counseling is provided with complete confidentiality, respect, and non-judgment. I work with clients to help them gain practical insights into their current situation and to develop solutions. Using an eclectic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, individuals are helped on their personal journey of change, growth and self-discovery. I look forward to talking with you. Call or contact me to schedule your initial appointment. I value integrating my client’s faith into the helping process only when appropriate and I am licensed in: FL, MA, NJ, NY, TX, UT, NH, IL, and GA.
