I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & family conflicts. Therapy should be fun, introspective and engaging. With clients I have worked with, they will tell you that they have laughed and cried at the same time. I even had one client snort in a therapy session! While in session, I will use talk therapy, supportive Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy as my main model of care but I will certainly use a client centered approach to help guide the session.
