Introduction

Since graduating from Washington University in St. Louis in 2008, with nearly two decades of experience in counseling, case management, education, and ministry, I help adults and teens (15+) be HAPPY. If you are tired of being tired, I am here to help. I LOVE what I do. Clients come to me when they are unhappy with themselves, their relationships, or their lives as a whole. And before long, through the work we do together, they find themselves more confident, healthier, and happier with their daily lives. Your life is too precious to keep feeling the way you do, and I am here to help you feel happier and more fulfilled in your life. I specialize in helping individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, self-worth, and relationships in their lives. I also have considerable experience helping people find purpose and meaning in their lives, including clients dealing with spiritual or religious struggles. Whatever is weighing on you, we will explore together what is not going well and why, what might be missing, and how you can be happier and healthier in the ways that you long to be. I look forward to walking with you in your journey toward greater happiness and peace in your life!
