Introduction

Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, stress or relationship problems and not sure how therapy can help? You are not alone. I have been a practicing psychotherapist for over 10 years and have assisted many clients from diverse backgrounds with some, at the root, very fundamental issues of existence including meaning, isolation and choice. Psychotherapy is not only meaningful work for me, but a craft that necessitates continuous personal and professional growth. In addition to being a long-time certified psychotherapist, for the last 3+ years, I have also worked full-time at large healthcare organizations as a psychotherapy supervisor and taught over 30 psychotherapists to better care for their clients. Using client-centered and evidence-based approaches such as DBT, CBT and ACT, we will work together to help you not only overcome but grow from your struggles. There is hope. Please contact me if it sounds like we are a good fit. I am licensed in Oregon, California and Washington and can work with clients located in these states.
