In facing challenges we often come across during these trying times it can often leave us with feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. Throughout this purpose driven life of mine, I have had the greatest of opportunities to build with adolescents, adults, couples, families, and large groups. My counseling experience has supported those of us who have experienced substance abuse, divorce, grief/loss, anger management, self-sabotage, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
