Introduction

Hello, I have been practicing for over 30 years and have become nationally certified in the Trauma treatment approach EMDR. I have a keen interest with those who have struggled with addictions (I have walked the walk) and also suffer with co-occurring disorders, such as trauma. Anxiety, Depression, Bi-polar. I practice in person and virtual for those who are not able to attend in person. My approaches in therapy include CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, and I incorporate Equine Therapy, Tai Chi, and nutritional counseling with other professionals that serve my client base making for a well rounded eclectic treatment approach
