Practice mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and reframe internalized messages that have been holding you back. Trauma may surface during our work together, which is a normal and productive piece of the therapeutic process. In fact, I believe the exploration of trauma will benefit in reaching your goals, bringing more clarity, direction, and enhancing self-awareness. My values for social justice inform my approach to empowering your personal wisdom as we work to reach your goals and allows room for flexibility in tailoring therapy to create a unique space. After creating goals, we can set specific and tangible objectives that remind us of the progress that you have achieved and new pathways awaiting discovery.
