Introduction

Do you feel lost, stuck, or overwhelmed? I know what it’s like to navigate major, sudden, or unforeseen life transitions—to start over in an unfamiliar place, to cope with the loss of “what could have been,” or to question your belief system, your choices, or your very self. It can feel overwhelming, making you feel unsure or unable to move forward. I also know how powerful it is to have someone walking alongside you—to encourage you, to guide you, or to just be with you. I am passionate about helping young adults navigate the unfamiliar roads of life transitions. My role is to journey with you as you explore where you are currently, how you got here, and where you want to go next. I bring a gentle and compassionate presence to the therapy room. I recognize the complexities of the modern-day and the tensions that can arise when trying to make sense of things. And as an ethnic minority myself, I appreciate and welcome the unique values, perspectives, and experiences that you bring with you. I have multiple years of experience helping individuals across the U.S. and Europe navigate these concerns. I am trained in emotionally-focused therapy (EFT) and help clients explore the roles of attachment and unconscious longings in present experiences. Additionally, I am board certified in neurofeedback and can provide a neurological lens for conceptualizing, normalizing, and managing your distress. There is wisdom and strength nestled within you to help you create and embark on your own path. Sometimes, we just need some encouragement and direction. If you are looking for support to unlock these insights, please reach out to set up a free consultation phone call. It would be an honor to help you navigate the next leg of your journey.
