Introduction

Finding a therapist who you connect to is important in achieving your goals. As a psychotherapist and drama therapist with over twenty years of experience, I specialize in the integration of verbal psychotherapy and the arts to help people move from a place of feeling stuck to a place of feeling empowered, confident, and creative. I bring warmth, compassion, humor, truthful communication and collaboration to the therapy process, offering a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings creatively and work toward solutions and resolutions at your own pace. I have helped children, teens, adults and families work through issues related to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, coping with chronic illness, domestic violence, trauma, divorce and relationship transitions, addiction, parenting support, bullying and school related stress, opposition and anger. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I will be accepting, flexible and non-judgmental, whether you're exploring questions around gender identity and/or sexual orientation, or just need someone who gets it and understands where you're coming from and how you identify. I am passionate about creating safe and affirming relationships.
