Thanks for being here! I believe that therapy is not a one-size fits all treatment, and we work best together when you have a supportive, non-judgmental space to come to. The relationships we keep with ourselves, and those around us are so important for how we operate in the world. I work with couples, and individuals looking to improve their relationships to each other and themselves. I am Gottman Method Level 1 Certified, and trained in EMDR.
