'As your therapist, my job is to support you to get through whatever obstacles life throws your way, help you map out your journey to overcome those obstacles, and take that journey with you. Everyone needs someone and I am willing to be that someone for you, as long as you put forth the effort and are ready to make that first step. The first step is all it takes. My experience includes working with children up to older adults, in both individual and group settings. I have worked with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, adjustment disorders, Autism, ADD/ADHD, and couples/marital counseling. Mental illness is challenging but it does not define you and you can overcome it! You only live once, make it a great life, the choice is yours.'
