Introduction

"Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise." - Victor Hugo. It has been my privilege to work alongside people who are growing and healing. Being part of peoples journeys has been a blessing and I continue to be in awe of the trust instilled in me to be allowed into the most vulnerable pieces of someone's life. My view on therapy is that you are the expert in your life and we will collaborate on ways to guide you to whatever your goals are. This space is yours to feel safe and to be able to flourish as an individual. I primarily work from a strength based post modern lens and believe everyone has the capacity to not only just heal but to thrive in their life. I have experience working with a variety of mental health and life challenges from ages ranging from four to sixty. My specific interests are working with trauma by honoring the post traumatic growth that can occur while also holding space and validating the pain that exists. If this sounds like a good fit for you, please feel free to reach out.
