My passion for helping others started early in life and I knew I wanted to dedicate my career to supporting people in their personal growth and healing. I began my career specializing in children and families, and over time expanded my focus to include teens and adults. I help clients navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and life transitions. Using a person-centered approach, I create a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to take charge of their healing. I’m especially passionate about early intervention, as it can lead to long-lasting, meaningful change. Whether it’s helping a child find their voice or supporting an adult in finding balance, my goal is to foster growth and resilience in every client. As a Social Worker License Candidate (SWLC), I am supervised by Deborah Horton, M.Ed., LCPC, LPSC, NCC, CCTP II. Her extensive experience and credentials ensure that Brighter Days Counseling Services maintains the highest standards of care.
