Introduction

As a busy professional in a demanding, high-pressure career, dealing with chronic stress, burnout, insomnia, anxiety, and depression can drain your energy, cloud your focus, and derail your performance and well-being. But here's the good news: you don't have to deal with these issues alone. As a clinical health psychologist who works with high-achieving individuals and busy professionals, I'm here to help you effectively navigate challenges and excel personally and professionally. I tailor evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to address your unique needs and provide you with the highest quality of care. If you are looking to achieve any of these things below and more, we might be a great fit. - Develop healthy coping strategies to deal with anxiety and depression and build resilience - Improve your sleep quality so you wake up feeling rested and energized - Optimize your performance to achieve personal and professional goals while prioritizing your health and happiness - Transform how you manage stress to use it to your advantage and prevent burnout - Discover healthy ways to manage your energy and spend more time doing what truly matters. When you work with me, I'll guide you every step of the way so you know what to expect. I strive to provide a safe, inclusive environment to ensure you feel comfortable and supported. As a top performer who is used to excelling and figuring things out on your own, it can be hard to ask for help and work with a therapist. I get it. But, imagine being able to tackle challenges with confidence, prioritize your well-being without guilt, cope with anxiety and depression, and live a life that’s in line with your values. Investing in the right support can help you achieve this and make a big difference. This means I do not accept insurance at this time. If you choose to work with me, your insurance may be willing to reimburse you. Clients are typically able to have about 30-80% of my rate reimbursed depending on their plan. I am happy to assist you in this process by providing a receipt for services. Phone consultation (15 min.)…………… FREE New client evaluation (60 min.)…….….$265 Follow-up sessions (45-50 min.).….……….$250 Late cancellations (<24 hrs) …….……...$150 No-shows…………………….…………………..$250 Payment is due at the time of service. You can pay with all major credit, debit, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), or Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. ---WHEN TO CONSIDER SEEING AN OUT-OF-NETWORK THERAPIST--- 1. You Need Someone with Unique Expertise If you need a specialist for a specific issue, like insomnia, you may have more options outside your insurance network. 2. You Have a High Deductible Plan If your deductible is high, seeing an out-of-network therapist might be similar in cost to using in-network benefits. 3. You Have Good Out-of-Network Benefits Check your plan! You might get reimbursed up to 80% for out-of-network sessions, making it comparable to in-network costs. 4. You are Looking for Personalized Care Out-of-network therapists may have more flexibility to personalize your treatment plan, including longer sessions or unique approaches. 5. You Want More Privacy If you are concerned about family, parents, your employer, or your insurance company finding out that you are seeing a therapist, paying out-of-pocket can keep your therapy sessions private. 6. You Want to Avoid Waitlists Some therapists only see private clients, which can make it easy to work with them right away. https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/
