Introduction

In my private practice, I aim to help professionals and young adults with their personal and professional struggles, navigating life transitions, intersecting identities and family difficulties. My hope is to help individuals improve their quality of life and lead meaningful lives. Some of my specialties include working with first generation college students, young professionals, adjustment to life transitions, diabetes burnout, stress and anxiety, sadness and depression, and trauma . I also complete immigration evaluations. The therapeutic relationship between a psychotherapist and the individual is very important in order to make progress. Therefore, I am available for a free consultation to discuss your concerns and reason for seeking therapy. I'm happy to answer any questions that you may have about my training and experience.
