Welcome! I have been a practicing therapist for the last 10 years. Throughout my career I have gain experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families experiencing issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, severe emotional crisis, behaviors and relationships. Changes and adaptations in our daily lives are inevitable; therefore, incorporating a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental therapeutic environment to process, explore and problem-solve can assist the individual, couples and families into creating a healthy life style. I like to consider the different factors that composes an individual’s life. I work integrating strategies and techniques to identify and replace dysfunctional patterns. Finding individual goals, exploring traumas, identifying progress and creating a support network are important elements to client’s individualized treatment plans.
