Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida. I am here to help you navigate those unexpected obstacles. I include foundations of cognitive behavioral therapy to address anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also incorporate a solution focused approach to situations that are not heavy as others. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for my clients to process all of life's obstacles. Our life is composed of countless puzzle pieces. My role is to help you sort out those pieces so you can continue to create your unique puzzle.
