I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a specialty in Perinatal Mental Health. In addition, I work with individuals and couples experiencing a variety of life challenges. My approach to clients is client-centered and draws upon the following theories and practices; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory. In my work with couples, I also draw upon the work of John Gottman, Esther Perel, and Susan Johnson. My goal is to provide clients with the space, comfort, and freedom to be open and honest with themselves and me as a witness. I genuinely enjoy supporting people as they identify and master how to make lasting changes in their life. I intend to arrive to the therapeutic space with an outstretched hand and an open heart. I work to provide honest feedback, caring support, and practical guidance.
