I take my work as a counselor very seriously—it's a calling. I never take it lightly when someone decides to begin counseling to address some of the things they may have been dealing with and/or avoiding. I have over 10 years of experience, which includes working in a variety of settings: private practice, community-based practice, school-based, and now working full-time using a telehealth platform. I have treated children, adolescents, adults, and marriage and couples counseling. Now my focus is working with adults as well as marriage/couples in counseling. From anger, anxiety, and depression, to trauma, stress management, and more, I am here to help.
