Introduction

My clients are individuals who’ve spent much of their lives trying to earn love or approval from emotionally unavailable, narcissistic, or highly reactive people. They’re often exhausted from managing others’ moods, doubting their worth, or second-guessing their needs in relationships. Many have experienced dynamics shaped by narcissism or borderline traits in partners or caregivers, and they’re now ready to break those cycles. Whether they seek individual or couples therapy, their goal is to understand how past relationships have shaped their patterns—and to finally show up for themselves with compassion, clarity, and confidence. I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach, understanding how pain can live in the body, mind, and soul. I tailor therapy to the person—drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive, solution-focused, and relational modalities. I specialize in anxiety, helping clients cope through insight, nervous system regulation, and relational repair. You may feel tired of always being the one to keep the peace or hold it all together. If you’ve been molded by difficult relationships, you deserve support that honors your experience and helps you heal in mind and body. Therapy can offer relief, connection, and real change. Let’s work together to help you come back to yourself.
