Introduction

I have worked in various settings such as counseling clinics, school-based therapy, residential and private practice with children, teens, and adults for 10 years. I am passionate about providing psychotherapy services that are person-centered, meaning I meet clients where they are and empower them to change or improve behavior. Through my authentic, positive energy and interactive approach to therapy, I provide clients with tools to help them live their best lives and build overall self-esteem and confidence. I am dedicated to working with preteens, teens and adults going through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationships issues, addiction/substance use, and family conflict. I feel honored to be a part of the process in someone's journey of getting to know themselves and finding ways to either change or improve their life.
