Introduction

Through my counseling practice, I desire to empower others to achieve a balanced state of wellbeing, discover their self-worth, reach their fullest potential, and live joyfully. I provide a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space for my client’s voice to be heard. Past trauma and current life transitions can be painful and difficult; however, I believe that each of us has the ability to heal and grow stronger. Counseling is a tool that helps us recognize harmful beliefs and behavior patterns, learn new skills with which to resolve problems, and facilitate lasting positive change in our lives. My areas of counseling specialty include working with clients who have depression, anxiety, grief, self-image/self-esteem issues, and codependency. Additional specialties include helping clients through trauma/PTSD, illnesses such as cancers and autoimmune disease, and individuals/couples who are facing infertility or repeat miscarriages. I utilize a multi-therapeutic approach to counseling and compassionately work with my clients as they explore thoughts, feelings, emotions, experiences, and plans for the future. I empower my clients to find their most authentic version of self, their strengths, their passions, and to live a life that is balanced in mind, body, and spirit.
