Introduction
I am an empathetic, humanistic, compassion-focused therapist. But more importantly, I am a fellow human desiring to hold space for you, your emotions, your lived experiences, and your story. As hurt occurs within the context of relationship, I believe healing can also be found there as well. Together, we will build a strong and safe therapeutic relationship where you can find solace and clarity. You’ll learn to get comfortable with your emotions, explore limiting beliefs you’ve picked up along the way, and identify unhelpful patterns that keep you from elevating your life. I apply evidence-based practices as I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, relational conflict, grief, the effects of trauma, boundary violations, depression, and more. Whatever you’re facing, we’ll get clear about how it’s affecting you and create a plan together to move you closer to living with more intention, joy, and peace.
