We will work together to create an environment in which your personal experiences, cultural identity, sexual orientation, and emotions are respected and validated. I mainly use a Person Centered Therapy approach with a multicultural lens and utilize CBT, mindfulness, and play therapy techniques. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy through mindfulness, movement, breathing techniques, etc. I specialize in parenting, postpartum, anxiety, depressive thoughts, life transitions, adults with ADHD and self-esteem. Personally, I identify as a multi-racial woman. I am Okinawan, Italian and Irish. I am inter-culturally responsive and inclusive. As your therapist, I will support you in your therapeutic journey of self-exploration, emotional healing, and self-fulfillment.
