I believe in providing a safe place for individuals to open up, practice vulnerability, and find a connection between mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to help aid you in processing difficult emotions, build effective coping skills, decrease unhealthy behaviors, and find purpose by utilizing your strengths and working through limitations. I primarily work with individuals who are struggling with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and general life transitions, ages 16 and older. I have an eclectic style utilizing treatments from DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), CBT (cognitive-behavior therapy) and motivational interviewing, while taking a person-centered approach. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so feel free to reach out via email or phone to ask any questions you have about the process!
