Introduction

At Linking Hands Counseling we have licensed therapists servicing the New Jersey and Florida States. We currently provide services via telehealth sessions. Our licensed therapists' therapeutic style is warm, nonjudgmental, and solution-focused. We describe ourselves as positive, compassionate, empathetic, fun, creative, and passionate about helping people find their mental health wellness. We work with children as young as 8 years old as well as, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. Combined, we have over 30 years of providing therapy and counseling services in both educational and clinical settings. Helping people find their smiles and happiness in life is our passion. Our therapist work with clients on reversing negative thoughts and replacing them with positive, realistic, attainable thoughts and feelings. Helping people understand their triggers, manage anxiety, and work with their depression/depressive feelings is our top priority and clinical strength. We are experienced in working with individuals, couples, and families working through trauma, life planning, behavior management, parenting skills, crisis intervention and stabilization, among many other things.
