I work with adults and adolescents and help them develop skills they need to manage challenges they may be facing. It is not always easy to reach out and ask for help with areas of our lives we feel we need support with. Sharing details of our personal lives can leave us feeling vulnerable. Together we can develop the skills needed to manage the issues and challenges you may be facing. For over five years, I have provided direct clinical services and diagnostic evaluations to adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, low self-esteem, phase of life issues and grief. I also work with couples who are experiencing conflicts in their relationships. I utilize numerous treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused therapy, mindfulness and anger management, based on the client’s individual needs. I will provide support and guidance in a safe environment free from judgement. This encourages a strong therapeutic relationship and will allow my clients to feel safe to share their strengths and vulnerabilities and empower them to find skills and solutions to move forward to a healthier life.
