Introduction

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Pennsylvania. I worked with children, adolescents, college students, and families in community and university settings for the past 7 years. I am currently in private practice offering sessions through Telehealth for individuals, couples, and families. In my approach to counseling, I draw from process-experiential models to help you explore your inner world in order to access your authentic self. To accomplish this, I create a non-judgmental space for you to be able to process your emotions and experiences honestly. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral and Family Systems Theories to provide you with coping tools and a deeper understanding of your situation. As we work together, we will establish an approach that will work best for you. My areas of focus are anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, trauma, marriage/family issues, and communication challenges.
