Introduction

Therapy can be a daunting thought. Whether you are seeking therapy for the first time or this is your fourth or fifth attempt. I focus heavily on building trust in the beginning, because, let’s face it, without trusting the therapist, there is no way to meet your goals. Therapy should be a safe place. An appointment you look forward to. I work hard to ensure that therapy is a positive experience. I work from a basis of a humanistic approach, meaning I focus on the individual and his/her/their strengths. Every child, teen, adult is different. And so, therapy will look different for each client. I take the time to truly get to know you and your child to find the best interventions that provide the most effective results.
