I am a licensed mental health therapist helping adults and youth heal and recover from trauma. I offer therapy in English and Spanish. My approach to therapy is person-centered, flexible, trauma-informed, and grounded in cultural understanding. My goal is to offer a safe and authentic space, that honors all parts of your identity and your raíces, where you can be yourself without judgment.
