My goal is to help you realize your gifts and abilities and to celebrate the life you have been given. While the difficult situations of the past can't be changed, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges you currently face. By applying balanced therapeutic approaches and techniques, together we will address all levels of your experience: psychologically, socially and spiritually. I will walk with you as you unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative thinking that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I am currently offering virtual appointments. In-person sessions will be offered in the future.
