My name is Maria D. Rivera. A graduate of UT Tyler, I started this journey in 2012 and have no regrets. I find great joy in helping others. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples. I use different modalities including CBT and EMDR to help people suffering from different disorders including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I believe that every person is the expert on themselves. I seek to listen and understand the journey they are on so that I can walk with them through their current struggle and provide them with the tools that can help them get to their desired destination. Tengo experiencia trabajando con niños, adolescentes, adultos y parejas.
